[瘦身大作戰04] 停不了的鄭多燕-part 2

自從上月起開始跳鄭多figurerobics燕後,一個月後小妹發現腰身開始重現﹗﹗﹗

小妹終於變回有腰的人了﹗﹗﹗

所以為了加強瘦身效果,小妹隔天跳鄭多燕的帶氧運動(參考上篇 http://blog.yahoo.com/missmuimui/articles/1267039/index)

有些鄭多燕的figurerobics需要輔助器材,於是小妹在living plaza 買了兩個小啞鈴:(一個HKD12 )

這樣小妹便可以跳這段figurerobics了﹗

這個舉啞鈴是鍛練手臂肌肉,小妹每次跳完後手臂都要超酸的……

跳了兩周後上臂的肌肉變得結實,有線條,不會鬆弛,good ﹗﹗

這段figurerobics 的流汗指數也很高﹗﹗

相信figurerobics加上節食,小妹距離目標磅數不遠矣……
