潮州小吃—水瓜烙

蔬菜對於小朋友來說都是難食的食物,小時候父親大人為了迫我和弟弟吃蔬菜,便弄了所謂的「菜餅」(即是用菜+粉開水煎成餅),使我和弟弟每日都有便便﹗﹗(哈哈哈哈~~)健康暢順!!!

小妹相信父親大人的「菜餅」係源至潮州水瓜烙,一道又易煮,又可口的小吃,街邊賣四五十元,小妹在家弄當然不用這個價錢啦,呵呵呵﹗﹗

材料:

水瓜

粘米粉/蕃薯粉/麵粉+生粉

salt

可加蝦米 (或者肉碎等其他食物)

步驟:

1.水瓜刨皮後切片,加入粘米粉,再加水,加salt調味,開成糊狀,勿太杰,又勿太水~~

將開好的糊倒入已燒紅的平底鑊或鑊~~~

以中火煎5-7分鐘後,見底起焦便反肚~~

另外一面略煎幾分鐘~~~便可以吃嚕~~~
