簡易日式燒餅

小妹很喜歡吃麵粉造的東西,所以有時會在家中做日式燒餅。

早前小妹在jusco 10元店買了這包燒餅粉 (HKD12)

燒餅粉+蛋+椰菜+水,拌勻後便下鍋

煎大約5-10分鐘

成品﹗﹗由於加了太多的水,所以口感很鬆散,失敗之作~~~

下次再接再厲﹗﹗燒餅粉而言,吉之島超市賣的HKD3X 多的燒餅粉味道較好……
