戒了兩個月中午飯沒吃澱粉質的小妹實在不行,午飯一小時後鬧肚餓,不斷找零嘴……

所以小妹決定補回澱粉質,加了個粉絲,菜依舊,肉食依舊,不過更飽肚,不會鬧肚餓﹗
