是日上班天~~~

上磅:132 LBS (我沒眼花嘛~~~)

肚腩:30.5" (依舊呢)

 

個人認為由於大姨媽到訪

是令我體重微降2磅的原因

 

早餐吃了炒飯

午餐有媽媽的便當 蝦燒鵝菜心飯 和同事的好好味魚肉卷

晚飯 吃了一碗粥 蕃茄 魚片佐粥
