瘦身日記:DAY 8 (4/5) 及 DAY 9 (5/5)

 

4/5 星期二的身材:

134lbs ,肚腩30.5"

今天早餐和午餐都是媽媽弄的 (忘記了吃什麼)

晚餐吃了一碗牛筋+雲吞河 (yummy~~)和半底雞蛋仔

 

5/5星期三的身材:

134lbs ,肚腩30.5"

早餐吃了炒面

中午吃了冬菇肉絲芋頭飯

晚餐吃了青菜,飯半碗,一些肉

接著9pm 去了跑步

流汗的感覺很正~~~~~~~~~~~~~
