體重:134 lbs (嘩~~~~~~~~~~~~~昨天吃進去的都反映在我的磅數裡﹗)

Breakfast + lunch :

魚香茄子醬炒年糕

七顆小籠包

 

Dinner :

肌之子面 咖喱味

咖喱口味也不錯

個人不太喜歡吃咖喱

略嫌湯底太鹹~~

 

在公司吃了一個小薯蓉

一些雜豆

四顆花生酥~~~

很重的罪惡感~~~~~~~~~
